MAKE A CHANGE – SEE WHAT WILL HAPPEN

Kaizen is a system which was introduced after World War II in Japanese companies. It is based on believe that small changes can significantly influence quality, safety and productivity in any company. And with time its meaning spread outside production line to be used in private life. The strength of this philosophy is that you do not have to turn your word upside down to make your life better. Assume that you are a working single mum and your doctor says that you should for your health go jogging three times a week for an hour. Will you do this? Of course not. But imagine that he tells you to exercise every day for 5 minutes when you watch TV in the evening. That sounds much more doable, doesn’t it?

And this is what Foundation ‘I am SGL’ wants to offer, a small change which can have a decisive influence on your life. Let’s state the obvious: nobody likes to feel alone. That’s why we thought to create a community with a distinctive logo and a place on Internet (an application) which will help people to find other community members who are close to you, or a community event which can be joined by everyone who is open to meet other people. Using these tools we want to encourage real-life meetings. By making a small change and going on a meeting you can obtain something valuable: engaging conversation, a new friend, a partner, or maybe just a great time with others.
